Worldclub it is the platform that allows users to watch live streaming of events, concerts, shows and performances from all over the world, some free and others for a fee. It can be used both from a smartphone (by downloading the WORLDCLUB app for iOS or Android) and from a PC.

Worldclub is to be understood as a web space that offers the possibility to all members to create, at no cost, live broadcasts of their shows or performances and decide whether to make them free or paid, visibleall over the world. They can take place in large structures, public places, private spaces or at home. Live broadcasts can be performed from a simple smartphone by downloading the WORLDCLUB application for IOS or Android on the phone (all you need is a tripod or an employee to film the event, the phone is always connected to the charger and we suggest the use of an external microphone to optimize the audio, they can be found on sale for a few euros) or from professional cameras managed by a director. Users who create live broadcasts must respect the specified entertainment categories in the content, for example: concert, theatrical work, cabaret, performer, deejay set, disco, live music venue, sport.

Users are divided into 3 categories: GUEST, USER e PRO…

GUEST: quick registration with no sensitive data, they can only watch free live broadcasts.
USER: they can create live broadcasts for free viewing, personal data is required to ensure the seriousness of those producing the live broadcasts and it will be possible to watch the shows for a fee.
PRO: they can watch all the live broadcasts (free and paid), they can create free live broadcasts or monetize by creating paid live broadcasts, in addition to registering as a USER user, this level requires them to register a bank IBAN to be credited with the sums made from the views.

PRO users will be able to choose to show their events for free (for example for promotional purposes) or for a fee and in the second option they will be able to decide to set the access price.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND RIGHTS

Worldclub it is a SIAE authorized platform, the user has no fixed costs for execution permits and does not incur any crimes regarding copyright. The User will be required to compile the list of works performed live. However, free live broadcasts do not require any payment for copyright.

Worldclub is not responsible for the live broadcasts, but this responsibility will be attributed to the user who carries out the live broadcast who must declare at the beginning of each live broadcast that he has the right to carry out the broadcast and will assume legal responsibility in any case. For example, a nightclub or public venue will have to ask for authorization from the artist performing, we recommend written authorization. In the case of discos or live music venues, it is advisable to display a sign at the entrance informing customers that upon entering they give consent for any filming, a condition already provided for in article 97 of the copyright law (L.633/1941) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Worldclub will block all live broadcasts with improvised filming of events which are clearly not entitled to broadcast or with false and poorly executed filming. For paid events, the PRO user will be obliged to respect the time set as the duration of the execution, otherwise (and for other disputes such as any technical problems if attributable to the person broadcasting the live broadcast), the views made will not be credited and the payments will be refunded to the Worldclub account of the users who purchased the ticket and can be used to purchase other live broadcasts (direct refunds are not provided under any circumstances). Compiling the list of works carried out is also mandatory. Under no circumstances will the WORLDCLUB platform be liable towards users who broadcast the live broadcast for any technical problems (such as malfunctioning of transmission methods such as the ADSL line, fiber optics or via satellite) therefore in NO EVENT can the failure to transmit the live broadcasts or any interruptions be attributed to WORLDCLUB. In case of failure to broadcast (or partial if less than 50% of the expected duration of the event), users who have purchased the ticket to view the live broadcast will be refunded, who will have their credits refunded to their WORLDCLUB account and who will be able to use these credits to purchase other live broadcasts. Under no circumstances will a direct refund be provided to the user.

CREDIT OF THE VIEWS CREATED

For the use of the platform the user who produces free live broadcasts will not have any costs to bear, in the case of live broadcasts with paid access Worldclub does not provide any fixed costs but retains 50% of the total achieved with the views and will pay the tax obligations, copyright and expenses on digital transactions for the payment of the access ticket.

The remaining 50% will then be paid directly to the performer of the live broadcast on the bank account indicated in the profile data request.

However, each cost on live broadcasts is a percentage, this allows you to earn even with very low access tickets to view live broadcasts, such as 1 or 2 euros/dollar.

The cost for the digital transaction will be added to the price set by the user for watching the live broadcast.

For free live broadcasts (i.e. which do not require the payment of a ticket) no sums will be credited to the performer, the views created will be considered compensation for the use of the platform.

SOCIAL AND VISIBILITY

The PRO user will also be able to upload an advertising poster of their live streaming event which they will broadcast live via WORLDCLUB which will be visible in rotation on the Worldclub home page, connect their social networks to promote their event, and decide to obscure the live broadcast in certain areas.

The user can connect their social pages and for each live production Worldclub will automatically post a link to connect to the live streaming, in order to involve all friends/followers in contact.

Always follow these 3 rules to involve as many audiences as possible:

Advertise the live broadcast of your event well in advance, specifying that it will be broadcast on WORLDCLUB.LIVE
In case of paid live broadcast set a fair price, a low price will increase the number of views.
Start the live broadcast a few minutes before the start of the show, to give all users the opportunity to purchase the ticket and connect before the start of the event.
Involve the audience watching the live broadcast by saying hello or replying to some of their messages.

TRANSMISSION RULES

Anyone who starts a live broadcast will have to declare that they have the rights to broadcast it and will legally assume responsibility for it. Worldclub will block live broadcasts on which there may be doubts about the broadcast rights. If you have the rights to broadcast large events of high importance or famous artists, it is advisable to contact the management via email first.customerservice@worldclub.live.

Worldclub is not responsible for any improper use by users, however, in the event of live broadcasts with inappropriate content and not in line with the use policy of the platform, it will cause the user to be blocked and reported to the postal police authorities.

Worldclub is strictly reserved for private users, use in public places or similar may be detected by Siae control staff and prosecuted criminally.
